Using WebMail to Check Email Checking Email Through WebMail WebMail allows you to check and compose email across the Web from anywhere, without using a software program such as Microsoft Outlook. The WebMail system also allows you to create new accounts, configure aliases, setup email forwards, and much more. To learn how to Configure Accounts, click here. Checking Email, Non-Secure Email Open Internet Explorer and in the address bar type http://webmail.istmail.net. Type in your full email address (eg. bob@example.com) and password, and click the “Login” button. Select Inbox to read your messages. Click here for the standard WebMail Client. Checking Email, Secure SSL Email Open Internet Explorer and in the address bar type https://webmail.istmail.net. If it prompts requesting you to answer concerning a secure certificate, click “Yes” or "Continue". Type in your full email address (eg. bob@example.com) and password, and click the “Login” button.
